September 2019, I enrolled in AUC with the intention of studying Actuarial Science. I met with my academic advisor Ms. Rabab, she suggested I take Fundamentals of Data Science I instead of Statistics for Business. I took her advice. The professor that taught the course was Dr. Ali Hadi. Dr. Ali made me enjoy math. His book Matrix Algebra as a Tool is my favorite book on Linear Algebra.
The semester after, I took Fundamentals of Data Science II with Dr. Nouri Sakr and worked with her at the Data Science Hub in the summer as a Junior Research Assistant. That summer I decided to officially switch majors and persue Data Science. Dr. Nouri made me love Data Science.
Throughout university, I took every Computer Science elective I could, focusing on core topics like algorithms and databases.
May 2023, I started working for a Canadian startup where I learned a lot about building and tech.
May 2024, I launched Teletyped with my brother. An exploratory AI company on a mission to make AI that augments human capability.

- Technology should decrease the suffering all over the world
- Some people need to be given the capacity to be themselves fully. When you give them this freedom, they will create things you would never even imagine

(Work in progress) I'm trying to build an open source whoop alternative. So, I'm learning about electronics. I really want to make health data accessible to as many people as possible. Everyone deserves a mini doctor wrapped around their wrist.

(May 2024) My brother and I built teletyped chat.
A chat UI that aggregates many LLMs in one place. We still think it's the most beautiful chat
UI there is. Try it out! 
(September 2023) I missed my course registration once, so I built
a script/website to track the courses I want for empty seats and send me an email. I wanted to focus on the Math and CS courses I was
taking that semester and was able to because of this app. I later handed this over to the student
union tech team.
